The others are a little long and or complicated to remember for someone trying to get to your page. MemphisMadman.com would be my 2nd choice, but if you ever expand to sell items, you don’t want to be tied down to a region.

Assuming your clients are in Memphis, I think MemphisMadman.com will be easiest to remember (people forget things like "the" and net instead of com)
And also, customers like to see that a business takes pride in their hometown. It might help you get gigs, they’ll see your name and feel like they identify with you or think that you "get" them.
