Where to find a Web service that solves engineering/maths problems at a cost?

I am building a structural frame and need to calculate stress/strains on loaded parts, also I need to calculate bolt sizes etc. I need some1 to calculate these values for me in order to build the most cost effective structure.
Are there web services/ businesses out there that do work like this?
What kind of of cost would one expect for a job like this?
The cost depends on how much work is involved. I’m sure that you can find a company online to do the work, but they will want you to send them drawings, information on static and dynamic loading, local building codes will certainly have an influence on the design, seismic loads, wind loads, etc. Depending on the size, you might be able to have it welded together instead of bolted and then have it erected as one piece.
