The only airline that flies this route directly is South African Airways, and they fly non-stop. This is also about the only possibility to get to Sao Paulo from Johannesburg, as no airline offers connection flights (and those which do go via London or Frankfurt and cost thrice the amount of a direct flight with SAA).
