<description>Without knowing what kind of computer you have it&#039;s hard to tell, so here&#039;s some information.

When you click on a link to open a page, your internet server must look up the IP address of the website in a DNS library. The address, like www.yahoo.com, is converted by the DNS library to numbers like 69.56.54.25. Then your computer heads there and starts downloading the information.

If you are on a network, the network must direct the information to your computer instead of to another computer on the network.

And if your computer has a slow processing speed or limited memory it could take a few seconds for the information to be processed and then displayed on the screen.

If you click on a link, and it pauses for a few seconds, and then the entire page suddenly appears, it is probably a DNS problem, and not related to the speed of your computer or the speed of your internet connection or network.

If the page starts to load, but images are slow, and then the images load, the problem is either your computer or the internet connection and the network.

DNS is something that can be modified on a network via router settings, only if you find an alternate DNS server. DNS servers are specified by your internet service provider, and they don&#039;t recommend changing them. You could complain to your internet service provider about their DNS servers being slow, if this is your problem, or you could consider changing your internet service provider.

<description>It could be your computer, your service or both. If you have a super-fast computer it is still limited by your service and if you have the best service available but a slow computer then it will still be limited.

<description>It all depends. It could be your service, it could also be the number of people going to that particular site.

<description>it depends on the speed of your internet connection, your computer&#039;s speed, and the possibility that the site is having server errors. if it&#039;s just one site, it&#039;s the servers that run that site. if it&#039;s every site you use, then it may be you, especially if you&#039;re on dial-up. if you have broadband, and it&#039;s still not working, check with someone else who uses the same service as you, and ask them if they&#039;re having trouble too. if they are, try calling the company and find out what&#039;s going on.

<description>The internet connection depents on, 1 service provider 2, the processer, 3 the type of connection, 4, the server capability, 5, server congestion.
