DotNetNuke – It’s a stupid name for what it is, but it’s pretty nice, depending on what you want to do. If you’re looking for an easy way to build a fairly simple site with users/roles/permissions with small plugin applications. If you’re looking to manage a blog, it’s probably not as good as joomla or wordpress, but those are both php.
