What is the name of the protection software?
Most likely you can open the main program from the start menu, or taskbar icon, and look for parental controls. Then you can change the settings.
If that doesn’t help you can try bypassing it.
Go to START -> Run. Enter cmd and hit enter, or click on START -> Program Files -> Accessories -> Command Prompt to open the Command Prompt window.
Once in the Command Prompt, enter ping x, replacing the x with any website of your choice. For example, if you are looking to access Google, then you would enter ping google.com into the prompt [leave out the HTTP://]. You can also use the nslookup command in a similar fashion. Using the same site as an example you can type nslookup http://www.google.com at the command prompt.
You will see a set of four numbers [here, 74.125.43.103] is Google’s IP address.
Open your browser window. In the address bar, type http://x.x.x.x, replacing the x’s with the ping address, and hit enter [for example, http://74.125.43.103. This will give you access to Google.
If the web filter blocked even the IP address of the site, you can take each number in the IP and convert it to a Hexadecimal format. Then in the browser enter http:// 0x(hex1).0x(hex2).0x(hex3).0x(hex4).
I am interested in learning taxidermy as a hobby (maybe a career). But have no idea how to learn. Are there any good websites or youtube videos or other videos, or books, which you can recommend? Do you think I should go to a taxidermist and tell him I’ll work for free (maybe pay the gas for me to receive there) if he teaches me things about taxidermy? Any other information about this topic would be much appreciated! Thanks
