For free web hosting, I would recommend 000WebHost. Easy to set up, easy to use
But if you’re looking for the best service on the web, as an experienced webmaster I recommend BlueHost ( my detailed review : http://www.castironhostingreview.com/bluehost.html ) which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. I really think free web hosting is a waste of time. You have to deal with ugly 3rd party banners and things like that all over your site. Kind of takes away the "your" in your site. You should consider going to a website like http://www.hostgumbo.com … they have an up to date pricing and features comparison chart for the top 2009 web hosts. The site is free to use and they also run really cool promotions and giveaways. They will pay for the first 3 months of your hosting no matter which one of their advertised hosts you decide to use!
