I want to start web hosting business and what is the lowest requirement for that?

I’m extremely excited about this whole new concept of a Server maintaining all the required softwares and we as users share it. So, where do i start if i were to become a geek in cloud computing?

I am working in Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing from more then 1 year having overall experience of 2.5 yr. Now i want to join the Infosys as a software developer in Chandigarh IT Park. Could anybody tell me how should i proceed in order to achieve my goal?

My business needs two things: a mimimal web presence (a few non-interactive pages, nothing fancy) and an e-mail service. Our current web hosting service provides POP3 e-mail, but we need the advantages of IMAP so the mail remains on the server after its been sent to our various computers.

Either I need a web host that provides IMAP e-mail, or I need a separate, inexpensive e-mail hosting service.

I want to use it for my weather tracker program.I’m not living in US

I want to find a new hosting service, one that is set up for Wordpress, is fast, has responsive customer service and can offer unique IP addresses for each domain.

Can anyone recommend one for me?

To explain why I’m after a UK host -I’m keen for UK based hosting as this will impact SEO. UK hosting will help a UK focused website to rank better in Google.

I have a long time client who is over 90 days past due on two invoices. I went there today and they said they were going through a divorce and then that I didn’ t do some of the work correctly and they were trying but they didn’t have any idea when they could get me paid. I want to put up a web site saying that they are deliquent. Is this legal and are there any legal issues that I have to be wary of?

So, for my business I would like a web hosting service with the following features:

-LOTS of e-mail accounts (we’re currently with a service that provides us with 5000, it would be great if we could keep it up over 1000)
-The ability to either build your site from scratch instead of having to use templates
-A good number of pages to use (we have 18 right now, I don’t think it’s nearly enough)

Right now we pay a month. We can handle more than that but it can’t be outrageously expensive. We did this as a sort of starter-site kind of thing to see if we could handle more and we can.

Also, I would prefer to pay by month or quarter rather than by whole years at a time.

If you know of anything please tell me!!!!!!
