Can you help me find the right web hosting service for my purposes?

So, for my business I would like a web hosting service with the following features:
-LOTS of e-mail accounts (we’re currently with a service that provides us with 5000, it would be great if we could keep it up over 1000)
-The ability to either build your site from scratch instead of having to use templates
-A good number of pages to use (we have 18 right now, I don’t think it’s nearly enough)
Right now we pay a month. We can handle more than that but it can’t be outrageously expensive. We did this as a sort of starter-site kind of thing to see if we could handle more and we can.
Also, I would prefer to pay by month or quarter rather than by whole years at a time.
If you know of anything please tell me!!!!!!
On today’s market there are literally thousands of web hosting providers. Choosing a web host is not an easy task. Once committed to one, it will become very difficult to move your business elsewhere – not to mention the damage that can be done to your business if you make the wrong choice. This makes it very important to “get it right the first time”. Find out as much as you can about your prospective web host before making any decisions.
The perfect web hosting directory (I use it myself) to get an idea of what web hosting companies are the most popular, the most successful, or even the most affordable is http://www.webhostingfact.com
This web hosting directory incorporates in-depth research, first-hand experience, and analysis of comprehensive consumer reviews to rank your top web hosting options.
Also, make sure you get the best deals (extremely important if you are on a budget). You can find web hosting coupons and promo codes that will save you a lot of money when you purchase your web hosting package, the website is http://www.mywebhostingcoupons.com
And finally, while doing your research, make sure that you are using credible websites, be on the look out for scams.
Good luck,
Kyle
go to 110mb.com it’s great.. you can do what you want for your own site
I made there a tutorial site for programming
Almost any paid site will meet your requirements (you’re not limited to the number of pages, but to the amount of disk space they take – you can have 1000 pages). Over 1000 email addresses is trivial – with a "catch-all" email account, you have almost an infinite number (any address@you will be forwarded to your real email account).
Quarterly payments just cost more per year.
Any commercial host allows you to upload any (legal) site you designed – all you need to specify is whether you need Microsoft (ASP) or Linux (PHP) hosting.
I’ve been using GoDaddy (http://www.godaddy.com ) for years and have no complaints yet. Whether you can get the bandwidth and storage you need for $10/month is the only question, and since I don’t know what you need, I can’t look it up for you, but for $6.99/month (paid monthly) you get 150 GB drive space, 1,500 GB transfer/month, 25 MySQL Databases and 500 actual separate email accounts (not a catch-all). Talk to them if you want other pricing structures.
ICDSoft.com
They have a vast range of services, including unlimited number of mailboxes for your site. They truly rock.
You can look into Chime Host. They offer unlimited feature for $4.95 per month.

Hostgator, FatCow, IX Web Hosting, LunarPages and Web Hosting Pad are all cheap web hosts with lots of features that meet your specifications. They all offer web hosting under $10 a month and allow you to pay monthly.
